What a mess! All those people who go around pointing fingers because they don't want to look at the reality of their own lives that are based on years of lies? Not just politicians! Most people lie to themselves every day - "six bottle of coke won't hurt me", "what she don't know won't hurt her", "12 pounds of food is good for me", "my country is taking care of things", "the Dr. knows what's best", "I love you". All lies. Most people wouldn't be able to deal with the truth for one minute, never mind 24 hours.

that would be a day of action, difficulty and possibly, anarchy. would the doctor's offices be flooded with appointments on that day? would the secretaries of politicians be going mad--because they not only would have to field all the calls and questions demanding truthful answers, they would not even be able to tell the average, "s/he's in a meeting right now but will call you back." they would have to be honest and say, "s/he is avoiding you because the truth is career damaging to say the least."
beautiful friendships ending and beginning, in-laws blurting things out. . . if there are people you would seek out for answers, are there people you would hide from? would everyone's darkest and most intimate secrets be there for the taking?
that would certainly be a dangerous and thrilling day.

That would be a day, that i would love to take a personal day and sit in various places, watching all the different people interacting.24 hours without anyone being able to tell a lie, would be nice or be very hurtful to some people.Everyone would have to be honest and not tell a lie, would cause alot of people to get their feelings hurt. personally,i would want to be by myself on that particular day.I wouldn't want to hurt anyone feelings,or for anyone to hurt my feelings.Good question, there was alot of thought process involved in it.I will give it a thumbs up.

We will all be in trouble. Would that signal the end of the world? I am just kidding! Well, I hope that one day people in the world would be more truthful to themselves and others.

Sometimes it is better to stay quiet than to tell the truth or lie.
