When i met this guy it was kind of love at first sight for me we were together for over 1yr and then broke-up. I tried to go on with my life by going out and dating wich at the time it seem to work but for some reason he always somehow would come back into my life. We never got back together but we would still see each other by this I mean dinner and of course sex. On and off we saw each other for over 4 years I always hanged on because I loved him but then I found out that he married his ex while he still saw me on the side I told his wife and of course to me his dead.
But now Im having serious issues with man I feel like they are all liars and just cannot get back into the dating thing again.I feel completely betrayed, discusted, depressed and lonely...

Im sorry about your pain, that must be very difficult. I think everyone has experienced loss and pain in some form of infatuation or love. The best thing I can suggest is to really allow yourself to purge it out of your system. Try to set up just a couple hours in a day to drain it all out. Look at pictures, listen to songs, write poetry, etc...cry and let it all out, but just in this time frame. Then after the time is up, listen to upbeat music, try something new, hang out with family or meet some new people, pamper yourself. You will find that as the days go by you will need less and less time to purdge it out of your system...and soon you wont need it at all. Keep a journal to show yourself your progress too. Take care and good luck!

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Sorry to hear about your heartache. Sounds like you are experiencing some very normal grieving. If you truly want to move on there are some great books out there such as "How to Survive the Loss of a Love", "Don't bet on the Prince" and "He's just not that into you". These are fabulous books that can help you get over the hump of recovery. All feelings are ok. and it's natural to doubt your worth, however you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

lets start off by saying you started off too fast

you should not have done that in and out thing you were letting him use you.

Sometimes people have a hard time letting go but I know it was hard when you find out he was married

but all man are not like that

I don't know if man do this to you all the time but that is how people learn you fall off and get back up.

look baby girl u seem to be a very loving girl and don't let one man turn your heart cold.

you have a hole lot to give so get back out there don't jump in just get your feet a little wet ..

and remember if you let people use your ink make sure they don't leave you with out ink to use

keep your head up

You used the word loved. Past tense. You are heading in the right direction!

dont blame all the men for this one who went sour. of coarse he had a special place in your heart but things go bad sometimes. you need to dust yourself off and try again. you can do it, dont let a bad relationship dictate your love life.

Easy, have sex with another guy. Works for me all the time. Think of all the negativity that he brought into your life. F*CK HIM!!!!! Easy as that!!!!!!!
