All of the blood in the body flows in a circuit. Any blood that leaves the heart flow through arteries to all the organs, and then flows back to the heart in the veins. It just circulates.

The uterine artery supplies the uterus with blood and it is drained through tributaries through the internal iliac vein.

I don't think I completely understand your question. What do you mean by saying the blood of the uterus is fixed. All blood must run back trough the heart and lungs to become oxygenated. If the blood of the uterus did not do that a woman could not sustain a pregnancy let alone have a live uterus in her body. The organ would die. Please explain further if I still am not answering correctly.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Yes blood flows to and from the uterus in arteries and veins. HIV can be contracted through semen (vaginal secretions for a girl) or blood products. During sex, it's not the blood that is a major concern, it's the semen and vaginal discharge, depending on who it is that has HIV. If she is bleeding at the time of sex blood IS a factor. The best bet is to always be safe and use protection.

All blood eventually goes back to the venae cava and back to the lungs. After picking up oxygen from the lungs and eliminating the C02, it continues it circuitous route..
