My friend keeps getting the "SendPacket Error: WSAEINTR" error. Solution?

Everytime when he tries to play on a server (this for the game counter-strike 1.6) he stays in for about 5 mins then the game shuts down and a little window pops up saying "SendPacket Error: WSAEINTR". What the heck is the matter!? I never get this. If it has any use, he uses linksys for his wireless internet connection. Please help!

Sounds like a computer system error or a virus.
