if i have a wave that have parallel Y = 3 Sin 2X, how i answer :
a. Time Frame (Period) ?
b. Amplitude ?
c. picture of this wave ?

If I understand your question (the word parallel does not make sense).
Picture: a sine wave
A sine function goes from -1 to +1, so the value of sin (2x) goes from -1 to +1.
Y goes from 3 * -1 to 3 * +1 or -3 to +3, hence a total amplitude of 6.
The period depends of the value of x (the angle)
