It's not exactly qualities that you need to look for. A true friend is someone that knows the "Good You" AND the "Bad You"...and loves you anyway! lol
there will be arguements...maybe even a fight or three..lol But you're always sure in the knowledge that if you ever really needed him/her...that person would knock other ppl out of the way to get to you.

They love you no matter what.
They will stick up for you even when you fail.
They can live 2,000 miles away and still be your best friend.
They don't expect you to be something that you are not.
They laugh with you and cry with you.
They help you up when you fall.
They will tell you everthing will be ok when your world falls apart.
They will give you the bigger half of the cookie.
They might even let you down ocassionally.
But, in the long run they are your friend. And you are theirs.

girl a true friend is a friend that will be there never stab you in da back tell you the truth when you like it or not and also dat she/he will be there to rid or die and most importantly you can trust her/him.

for me,a true friend means a friend that will always by my side no matter what happens.....she trusts me as i do....and she accepts me as the way i am....she will never be afraid of hurting my feelings by scolding me if i made mistakes......she will never lie me as i am....am i too choosy???
