If you are asking what kind of person creates characters like those then here is my humble answer.Writers that create characters usually have model them after several people that the know. Mark Twain was always using people he had met or grown up with. Superheros usually come into being from an authurs desire to create what he or she would most like to be or that they belive they are inside and magnify those traits.Tom and Jerry may have been pets he had or even his neigbors kids.
