Wear a pad to bed

Defiantly wear a pad to bed. If you have a history of having a heavy cycle, wear a heavy or super pad to bed. If that's not enough, also wear a tampon to bed and wake up half way through to check. If your still unsure, a pad wont hurt, and maybe put a towel under you so if any accidents happen, you make a mess. Hope this helps, good luck!

well if you were out with friends carry a tampon or a pad in your purse, which ever you prefer, but if you mean in the middle of the night while you are sleeping then i would wear a pad, if you have a tampon in you could sleep for over 6 to eigth hours, and may get toxic shock syndrome which wouldnt be too good.
