I'm thinking about getting some rims for my car, what size do you recommend? 20 or 18 inches? What are the advantages/disadvantages of each wheel size.

Here's a link to the rims i want to get they're called "black ice"

Its a C-class, dude.. Although, its nice but its still a compact car. Stick with the original standard rims... Otherwise its gonna look like those people who drive the old bright neon color prelude with all the spoiler and rims. What a joker!

well a bigger rim require thinner and not to mention more expensive tires. so you probably need a 35 series tire for your 20s.

the bigger the rims the more likely in might crash to it tire well. just make sure the size of the wheel wont affect how you will drive the car. i remember my mercedes with a wheel to big for its tire well, every time there is a speed bump, we would have to go very slowly or risk damaging the rim and tire.

That car's not nice enough to have expensive rims. Seriously.

It's only a C class. And a C-240, at that.

You're not going ot fool anyone.

C-Class Benzes don't have a lot of spare clearance inside the fenderwells. Much above stock and you'll be rubbing your tires on the suspension and body.

Don't buy on eBay. Work with a local tire expert to make sure you don't run into problems!

i wouldnt put anything to big on the car. disadvantage could be gas mileage and your speedometer wouldnt read the actual miles per hour correctly. you should get some nice 15-16 inch wheels.

id stick with the rims that come with it thats a small car i think it would look awkward with bigger rims. Just my opinion though.
