I have a notebook 600m and I wondering if something is going to happen if the company is going to do something or what, also I need to know if a have to do something with my computer.

It depends on the numbers on the actual battery. Neither of my Dell laptops qualified, even though the model numbers of the laptops themselves fell within the group mentioned on the news wire.

Go to the www.dell.com website and see if they have recalled your battery. They will replace it free of charge.

all notebooks drain battery. You need to configure it to hibernate(through control panel)
as soon as you don't need it.

it is crazy they havent already done something. just watch the temp of it. mainly while chargeing
