NO they only put eyeshadow on top and they use eyeliner on top and bottom but most emos just use alot of eyeliner

yup i do. because i dont have big eyes i think alittle eyeshadow underneath enhances the eye and makes your eyes look saultry as long as your not putting pink or purple under there then i think you'd look more sick than saultry.

i do and one of my ex friends did. i dont use black eyeshadow for the bottom cuz it looks like i got punched. i like a red color.
