how can i get this makeup and lipgloss effect!!?

It looks like she's using a pink palette for her whole face. You could probably go look for a pinkish tinted cream shadow that matches your skin tone. Also, it looks like she used black or brown eye liner around her eyes. You might want to use a smooth gliding eye liner and line around the rim of your eyes after you use eye shadow. Scarlett Johansen's lip gloss looks pretty. One of my favorite lip glosses is Too Faced Lip Injection. It plumps up your lips and gives great color as well.

I don't know what magazine you got that from, but if you look in the spine of that page or at the bottom, usually there is fine print telling you what is used on a model. her eyes look like an orangey bronze colour put this on your lid and under the eye. then get a bright hot pink gloss try mabelline or lancome for this shade and apply it. her foundation is suttle i said a warm ivory beige and looks very lightweight blush is also kept to a minimum

okay well first you wanna buy a lip gloss that is kind or like tan or a skin tone kind of and then buy regular clear gloss and mix that together and it will make your lips sexy and well....awesome lol hope this works for you ...GOOD LUCK! =-)
