i had 2 abortion alternate month.first was spontaneous(4week) second was missed abortion (€6 week).all my test r very normal only progestron test shows low level. iam very scered abt next pregenancy although doctor have told me 2 concive now but im scared.will low level of progestron will effect my pregenancy .iam taking folic acid and esprine regularly.we never used anything to stop pregenancy.i concived after 10 months of marriage.

can't you take something to raise your pregesterone levels? I thought there was something that you could take... Id ask your doctor about that. Im not 100% sure but a low progesterone level I think could effect your pregnancy.... so again I would ask the doctor the same question you asked here about the levels and good luck

i'm sure ur dr will give u progesterone supplements once u conceive.my dr also gave me progestrone pills which i could take orally,rectally or vaginally.yes,it is supposed to sustain pregnancies where low progestrone level is a problem.i don't want to alarm u but inspite of taking those pills,i miscarried too at 6 weeks.however,in those early weeks,its more of some genetic problem in the fertilized egg that causes abortions/miscarriages rather than hormonal imbalances.
i am also taking a break of 1 cycle before i try to conceive again.i would suggest u do the same.all the best!

I was put on Progesterone by my infertility doctor because mine was low and it it helps raise your chances of getting preg. I would ask your doctor because that could be what is holding you back from getting preg. Yet, I am not sure about it affecting your pregnancy if you are already. If your doctor tells you that you are fine and go for it then the doctor knows best sometimes! BEST WISHES
