if you had your period, then no, you are not pregnant. periods occur b/c the lining of the uterus that was meant to incapsule the fetus was told by chemical signals in your body that there would be no fetus, so the lining drops, which is your period.
have you ate out at a restaurant lately? have you been around any sick people? when was the last time you had a bowel movement?
you may either (1) you got sick from improperly prepared food or (2) you caught a stomach virus or (3) you are impacted somehow, in which case, you should go to the doctor.
there's one more possibility. it might all be in your head. seriously- it could just be a physical manifestation of your fear that you are pregnant.
there is a SLIM chance that you could be pregnant- some women bleed very lightly at the time of the first period following the time when they concieved.
if you still really think that you are pregnant, buy a couple of pregnancy tests and test yourself.

Welp this is probably something only a doctor could answer but this is my experience from my g/f.
She had the same thing a few times when we had sex. Remeber if you run alot, do alot of sports, periods can skip days or even weeks. Also depends on horomone levels ect ect ect. The best thing to do...is wait a few days, buy a preg test at local pharmacy. If that comes up neg, but period does not happen week or so later, i would visit a doctor. Many clinics are inexpensive and do not share information with family at all.

go see a doctor, u might have the usual tummy pain or it could be a symptoms of other things like infection. One risk of having unprotected sex is sexually transmitted disease. It is always smart to use protection on ALL times.

We may need more details on this to be of any help... like, did you have sex with a man this time? What exactly did you do? Was there any moaning involved in this act? Was it as good for you as it was for him?Just start from the beginning and go from there... I mean, as long as your willing to post this kind of thing on the web, let"s have the whole story.

Nothing's impossible... my ex-girlfriend had periods until her third month of pregnancy... we had her tested, and they did checkups to see if there was a medical condition causing it... her hormones were out of balance, so her body didn't realize she was pregnant. Best to get checked out.
