is it possible for me to go to U.S. via sponsorship?

I have a friend there who used to work there and she wants to get me there. but the problem is how, is it possible to go there if someone will sponsor me? Thanks

Sponsorship can be done by either family/fiancee (K-1 Visa) or an employer (H-1 Visa).

You can also try to come on Student Visa, then look for Employer Sponsor.
