There is this site that will give you an idea although sometimes there aren't alot of listings. Rentals are under real estate.

It is fairly expensive. Good luck. Keep in mind that groceries are also I believe I read somewhere once around 20-25% more there than they are in the US Mainland.

well, there are no marinas in St John so forget that.......St John has become as pricy and snobish as Martha's Vineyard or St Barth's....high season rentals are 1500 a week and up........but do check the Daily News link or www.stthomassource.com for brokers........

It's not "St. Johns" it's "St. John".
