You don't. You become comfortable with your body as it is and move forward with your life. Seriously, your shoe size should be the LEAST of your worries in life!!!!

You can bind your feet like the Chinese did and still do. You can make them a little smaller, but not much. By binding them now you'd definately stop them from growing rapidly (normally).
I would consult a doctor before you try it. But there are not real hazards in it.

um....i don't think u can 'decide' ur foot size....
but, if you want, you can try the chinese traditional tying. it hurts very much, and it makes ur feet to disfigure after doing that. but it WILL get smaller. they usually do it when the girl is 10(only girls did that )
ok i'm kidding, but china do has something like that. they don't do that anymore.
