Keep relaxing and look after only the things that attracts u. Try 2 keep away yourself that u dislike or hate. Avoid violence,anger. Think logically. Keep your mind fresh. Don't panic on anything too much.

Some time it does happen that some negatine thought make our mind their home but we can avoid these thought by reading gud books specially about those people who are examplary in their life like A. Lincon(USA Ist pres.) and others. Meditation could be other tool which help you a lot and Make some tought people, your ideal and put in your mind that "Tough Time Does not Last But Tough Man Does ". Try to relate your self with some gud thoughts.

Whenever you get the urge to think negative or you are about to, start thinking positive to push the thoughts aside. They will come because it's a mental thought that may have to do with a fear or just curiosity but you have to learn how to ignore them and get rid of them before it controls and takes over you.

FIRST OF ALL...make a strong devotion to it stating that you should avoid bad thoughts then realise that they are bad thoughts... and then simply avoid them by thinking utterly opposite thoughts...
the most difficult part is to realise that a particular thought is a bad thought... you have to be strong witted to say "NO, THIS IS BAD. I WONT THINK LIKE THIS... AND I WILL CHANGE" and everything will simply fall into place.
