Two different problems.
The first is usually a dermatitis caused by a fungus. The doc can prescribe a cream that will make it go away.
The second can happen before she gets her period - sometimes for two weeks. It also happens in the early stages of pregnancy. ;-) If it is not something that goes away, she might want to mention it to the doctor.
