I have a friend there who used to work there and she wants to get me there. but the problem is how, is it possible to go there if someone will sponsor me? Thanks

if u want to work there then the company for which u r gonna work should sponser u but if the company doesn't do that then ur friend can sponser u & u can get a tourist visa and may be afterwards u can convince the company to make arrangements for your work visa. BEST OF LUCK.

Sponsorship can be done by either family/fiancee (K-1 Visa) or an employer (H-1 Visa).
You can also try to come on Student Visa, then look for Employer Sponsor.
