One of the greatest catchers in the history of the game. A sure fire HOF'er, clutch/big game performer. But if the Tigers would like to get rid of him? My Cardinals will trade you Molina and a truck load of Bud for Rodriguez..LOL

He is the most unselfish players in baseball.

He is not afraid to bunt for a basehit, or give himself up for the team.

Plus, have you seen his defensive numbers?

He throws out like 62% of runners trying to steal. PLus, not many runners even try too, that is just how good he is.

His offensive numbers are good (a career .300 hitter), but his presence alone in any dugout would help a team to win.

One of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Met him at a signing, and a kid was hanging around who couldn't afford an autograph, so he gave him one anyway. ($60, all for charity though) That kind of thing stays with you. As well as he is the best catcher defensively that you've ever seen. He is still at the top defensively.

I have him on my fantasy baseball team and overall I've been pleased with his numbers. And although I'm not a Tigers fan I do believe he is one of the best catchers of our age and represents MLB as a class act.

A hall of famer. A very good teammate. He does anything for the team. He played 2nd base the other day and batted leadoff the next.

He is the best catcher of his generation and one of the best all time. He is still having a good season even though he is older now. I am a Texas Rangers fan and I miss having him on my team.

He is still a good hitter. At one time was the best catcher in the game.

May have been the best defensive catcher of all-time...only Johnny Bench can rival him defensively.

although his skills have demisnished from what they used to be, he is still above average. But how he really helps his team is his work ethic. He creates team chemistry...and believe it or not..that goes a long way

Arguably the best all-around catcher ever.
