To have the world's destiny lie in the hands of only 5 nations who already have their own interest at heart? I'd say it's as undemocratic as it gets.

You mean that "Veto" power in UN Security Council...........
It is written in the UN Charter and is too much democratic like a Written Constitution of a Democratic State!!!!

No, it's part of checks and balances. Each branch of government has a "veto" power.
"Neddie" - He used his first veto to stop government funding of research using aborted babies. If that would have been stricken form the verbage of the bill, it would have passed. Get your facts straight before you spread lies and mindless Bush bashing on the internet.
