Try to find English speaking people to talk to and don't be shy about making mistakes.
Read anything you can get your hands on that is in English. A good place to start is children's books because the language is not difficult and the stories are often accompanied by pictures that help you figure out what you don't know.
Write e-mails to people in English, but try to find someone who writes clearly and correctly, otherwise you will learn incorrectly.
Practice speaking aloud from your lessons.
Go places where English is spoken and listen.
Go to original language movies in English with subtitles so you can hear the English and have a translation as well. When you learn more, you will see that not all of the speech is translated.
Go on-lline to English sites and try to figure out what they are about.
Have fun with it, and you will learn fast.

This may sound crazy, but watch American TV in English. (With subtitles for a translation, if you must). Listening to people speak the language in a normal, relaxed way will let you know more about how the language really works than just reading about it. If possible, find someone who speaks English well to talk to.

First of all read English books, phrase books etc. then try to write some good essays on hard topics and get someone to check them for you. Then start and try to speak English as often as you can. Correct your punctuations and try to speak fluently. If you are still finding it difficult then join an English language centre. Wish you all the best.

Find someone to speak English with! There might be clubs of Americans or English people that you can converse with - or places in Argentina where American or English tourists go - they would love to ask you questions in English about tourist locations and restaurants, etc, in Argentina.
Try it.
