every time i'm at school or anywhere with cute guys I get really horny just by looking at them and their other body parts. Everytime I get horny, my penis rises. Is this normal for a person to get horny just by looking at a cute guy.What could this mean. I'm 16 years old in highschool

Enjoy it while you can! When you're at that age, that sort of thing will happen all the time. As you age, things will slow down a bit, but only very gradually until you hit 45 or so.
And think of this ... the other guys could also be experiencing the same thing. Just be careful and play safe, OK?

Um.. I think its normal, don't worry about it. You can't do something about you hormones unless you'll go to a doctor and help ya' out about your hormone thing, but then again, its normal physiological and psychological reaction.

it means you are attracted to guys, whether you are homosexual, bisexual or bi-curious. you are too young to be sexually active anyway. right now, worry about high school. i was about your age when i found myself. i am now a happy adult homosexual. when you are old enough to experiment, be safe. use protection and don't let anybody do anything with you unless you know they are clean and they use protection also.
