I have a teenage boy and several nieces. The only thing I can think of for difference during babyhood is that you should be aware of the fact that girls pee down and boy get an erection just before urination and obviously it's pointing up :) There are going to be many many differences though as they grow up. Enjoy your new baby boy, and CONGRADULATIONS!!!

according to statistics boys have larger heads and women pregnant with boys have a higher rate of having c-sections due to this larger head. Of course this is only statistics speaking. I wouldnt worry about it. This is the only thing I have ever heard as far as differences. Congratulations on your pregnancy.

To tell you the truth there is no difference at all. It just depends on the circumstances of the pregnancy, such as the mother's health and the position of the baby when born. Gender has nothing to do with it.
