Nocturnal enuresis (NE), the involuntary passing of urine during sleep after the age at which bladder control would normally be anticipated, is a widespread and potentially disabling disorder for liberals. The treatment of NE constitutes several approaches and its pathophysiology remains unsolved. Careful consideration should be given to the work-up of NE since there may be concurrent symptoms that require attention either before or in conjunction with the treatment. Patient/family education and a cooperative approach usually produce the most favorable results in treating NE.

Yes, liberals are big people who have actual sex and get the bed wet from time to time.

Conservatives shoot wads every time they see a dime or a portion of skin that you can't see in your typical Wal-Mart underwear flier, so they do not know about these things. It has never crossed the conservative mind that they may go this far.

Conservatives propagate asexually like nightcrawlers, splitting in two, having both male and female sex organs.

That's why conservatives take it as a matter of great pride whenever anybody tells them to go phucque themselves.

This is also the only way bed-wetting occurs when a person is a conservative.

Now that I think about it, President Bush could benefit from the same treatment.

About the same as Alzheimer's is to conservatives when they are facing a senate inquiry on political corruption.
