Trade off Steve Francis and Stephon Marbury...
Move Eddie Curry to Power Forward...
Start Nate Robinson, Jamal Crawford, Channing Frye, Eddie Curry, and Renaldo Blackman...
Off the bench... Jalen Rose, Jared Jefferies, Malik Rose, Maurice Taylor, and David Lee....
The rest of the team divide and trade off for draft picks...

I would trade Stephon Marbury and Steve Francis for a good team playin guard and a Small Forward
Then I would say to PASS PASS PASS and thats all they need to be like the Pistons
I'd start

SG Jamal Crowford
SF Jared Jeffries
PF Renaldo Balkman
C Eddy Curry
Bench...
Chaning Frye
Jalen Rose
the new PG
the new SF

Wait for all of the current players contracts to expire then start with a whole new team. If I were the GM of another team I wouldn't want any of the Knicks players.

I will start rebuilding process. Trade almost all my players(marbury, francis, etc.) specially those who are not up to my standards for young atheletic players or future draft picks even if i get the short end of the deal and then fire isiah. kick his bout out of the knicks organization.
