It costed $22.88+tx and the paper keeps getin jammed. Is there any other cheap printer I can by?

The problem could be from the paper you're using, not the printer. Summer is famous for being humid which causes some paper to jam in printers (especially the cheap paper). Try "fanning" the paper like you would a deck of cards before you load it into your paper tray to see if that helps. If not, you may need to invest in more a expensive, quality brand of paper.

Lexmark printers are "cheapies", but they're pretty decent for the money (even thought the ink cartridges cost more than the printer - LOL).

I hate the cheap ones. I got a cannon free with my last computer, and it never worked either.

First, make sure that you have the current driver for the printer compatible with your current system. Second, make sure that your printer settings are correct (the manual or web site can help you with this). Finally, try printing the test page.

It is also possible that you are using paper which is too thick. If you are using some of the specialty stock paper, it might be the cause of the jam. Based on my experience with my cheap printer, I would guess that the paper feed is feeding too many sheets of paper at once, creating the same problem - too thick.

why dont you contact walmart for servicing or replacement?
