How do i put password on my PC somebody using it w/out ,y permission?

I need to put password so that no body can use my PC except me. Pls. somebody teach me how...

1.you can create OS users (for Windows or whatever you have on your computer)
2. Restart your PC and go to BIOS settings (press DELETE during the boot seq.) and look for BIOS password and DON'T FORGET THE PASSWORD !!! that so your next question do not be "how to reset the password ?!!?".

go to your "control panel", open the "user accounts". then choose your current account then choose change password. then type the password u want.
