I have spent 3 years working in the UAE - not the greatest place! Search the net for recruitment agencies, look for ones based in Dubai. But really, you would be better to keep your skills in your own country. Why did you think to work there?

Check places like monster.com and other on-line job places. Put your resume on them. Some of the on-line job boards don't charge for listing your resume and where you would like to work.
