Her hair is jet black to make her skin look even more snow white. The contrast creates the illusion that her skin is like snow.

This has got to be the most important question I have answered today. right up there with how do you get to and how many points does it take to get to level 2.
What difference does it make? The animator who created her drew and colored her that way.
think about something that would make a person care if they answered it okay? this is too much I am out of here for the day. Or forever I just don't know.
