Giving your team credit instead of taking it all for yourself.
Accepting input from everyone without criticism them making the final decision.
Inspiring others to do their best.

Good leaderships skills is being able to speak well, not having people run the group through the leader, a good listener, team player, and organized. Without this, you could never be a good leader.

Lead by example. Don't ask your team to do anything you wouldn't be willing to do yourself. Recognize the need for socializing, but be firm when the work needs to get done. Motivate your staff by giving them kudos, for specific deeds. Don't just tell them they're doing a good job, tell them what they did that impressed you. Have an open line of communication. Give them credit for what they do instead of trying to take the credit yourself.
