when will there be a female president? a black president? a latino president? Would you want to be the first?

I think there will not be a minority president until the minorities become the new majority because history in the USA shows it is most likely that if any president is a minority he stands the best chance in the USA of being assassinated. Radicals will most probably assassinate a minority president if the vice president is part of the majority.

I do not believe it's going to be in 2008 but perhaps within the next 20 years for a female president. I think we would have a latino president before either a female or black just because they are the growing minority.

yes, i think we are close to having a female president and a black president (maybe a black female president). not so sure about latino but it could happen.

I believe there will someday be a woman President. i think it would be great for this country. as for a black president or a latino president, I would like to think so. I just don't think there will be one before there is a woman president.

we had Cory Aquino, was President of the Philippines from 1986 to 1992. She was Asia's first female President....
and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo now...
