I dunno. This case is so confusing. Jonbenet was being sexually abused by someone 48-72 hours before she died. So an intruder could not have done that. Karr is lying! Jonbenet had no "poison" in her system and was NOT raped as he says. I doubt the parents are the killers or the molesters, perhaps she or her friends caused the trauma to her private areas by accident. Two notes, it is unheard of for a child kidnapped by an intruder to be found in the house, even if they died there. Also, next to a window was a suitcase with a dr. suess book and a blanket in it. So, to recap, Karr didn't do it, the parents didn't do it, so some unidentified intruder did it and was possibly molesting jonbenet in the days prior to the attack.

A judge in a civil trial ruled in 2003 that the killer of JonBenet could not have been her family . Evidence supports that . The Boulder Police Dept refused to look at all the evidence in the case initially ; which , by their actions has caused this case to go unsolved for the past decade .

Neither. It was a man named Mark Karr. He admitted to raping and strangling the poor little girl. He was arrested this week in (I believe) Singapore. He just started a job as (I believe) a 2nd grade teacher. The story was just on Yahoo News. Do a Yahoo search on JonBenet Ramsey news. Or just go to CNN.com.

I always thought that the mother was responsible. I remember thinking that little JonBenet maybe wanted to quit the stupid beauty queen business (for 6 years old that is) and the mother got very angry and accidently killed her, but now I don't know. She had some vaginal bruises and I don't think her mother would do that. Maybe the guy just arrested was responsible.

On CNN, Karr stated he was with JonBenet when she died but his ex-wife says Karr was with her. I did not hear him say I killed JonBenet. I think he is covering for someone

It's all one big conspiracy.... The government took JB and replaced her with a 6 year old's carcass that looked just like her... she is now a 16 year old cloning machine. Soon there will be an army of John Benet clones to attack North Korea
