I recommend to find a job in the bio-tec or research and development medical industries first There are quite a bit offerings in the San Francisco Bay Area - look in craiglist SF in the Sci/Tec areas.
Then once you have experience the field you might want to specialize in a particular field, and maybe some of these industries would be interested in actually help you with the tuition.

well..it depends!
u actually hv to be sure of wht u gonna do..like if u really really interested in explorin de core zenith f de bio medical field..u shud definitely go for it coz dis field is ever growing nd u neva know de bounds!! ull definitely becum successful..on de oder hand..if u not sure f nethin..or de matter f fact u just interested in it fo de sake f doin..i betta suggest not to thnk bout it!!
