Contact a Realtor in your area, they will direct you and be able to search for you.

Rural school districts often have to upgrade their facilties and don't put the old dwelling on the market.

Lay out a map and do a google search on surrounding communities of large cities first. Contact the school districts directly. While it might be more time-consuming, you're not getting into a relationship with a realtor until you're ready. Work your way inward to the big cities, this way you're not limiting yourself to urban areas.

Contact a commercial real estate agent in the areas you want. Let them do the work for you.
