Anything Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys or Erasure will do. It's electronic and pretty danceable.
Depeche Mode has slow songs too, though -- the Songs of Faith and Devotion are quite slow ("Judas", "Condemnation", etc) but great nonetheless. Try "Just Can't Get Enough", or "Everything Counts".
Also, "Shameless" by Pet Shop Boys and "Oh L'Amour" by Erasure.
I personally find those more fun to dance than hip-hop, rap or reggaeton.
If you like Caribbean rythms, something salsa by Celia Cruz or Marc Anthony. Juan Luis Guerra for merengue, Aventura for bachata, and "Turn Me On" by Kevin Little for soca.
Oh, and don't forget Shakira. Most of hers, from "Ojos Asi" to "Hips Don't Lie".

even though it rather is an oldies variety of rock lol attempt some Survivor and not in basic terms the attention of the tiger however the entire necessary signs and indications album AND the while seconds count quantity....super superb album and singer!

Charlotte Church has this new song "Call My Name". . . VERY different than her earlier stuff. It's kind of scandalous for an artist like that, but I've been singing it all day.
