I don't think it is bad it is just uncomfortable if it is underwire. If you want to sleep with a bra on try a sports bra or just a regular cotton bra with no wire.

Yes. In the case that you begin to start unconsciously eating things in your sleep, no bra is one less object that you risk choking on.

I actually heard that it is a good thing to sleep with a bra on. It keeps the breast to look firm and perky for a long long time.!!!!1

There was a study done that implied that wearing a bra all the time increases your risk of breast cancer.
"Singer and Grismaijer found was that the odds of getting breast cancer dramatically increased with bra-wearing over 12 hours per day.
Women who wore their bras 24 hours per day had a 3 out of 4 chance of developing breast cancer (in their study, n=2056 for the cancer group and n=2674 for the standard group).
Women who wore bras more than 12 hour per day but not to bed had a 1 out of 7 risk.
Women who wore their bras less than 12 hours per day had a 1 out of 152 risk.
Women who wore bras rarely or never had a 1 out of 168 chance of getting breast cancer. The overall difference between 24 hour wearing and not at all was a 125-fold difference. "
So, in conclusion, take your bra off at night and let your body relax!

Because it is open question well, i guest i have to answer it right?
well i dont wear bra. And i dont know wat ppl think if i wear it. Well lucky for you coz my girl friend wear it ....sometimes.
She said that wearing a bra is a good thing. Its more good thing than bad wnhen you wear it to sleep. This is because the shape of the bra will contour or reshape you boobs. Making your boobs more solid and shape to its finest.
But remember, she said that you need to find a right kind of bra for that pupose. The shape, fabric and material used to produce the bra need to be concern. Well hope you can find the right bra and dont worry bout sleeping with the bra on(if you got boyfriend)!

According to my doctor 35 years ago when I had my first baby, it is very important to wear a bra to bed. I've followed his advice and I am 53 & don't have saggy boobs.
I advise every young woman I know because I know he was right.

I hate to fall asleep with a bra on. When you wake up, there are lines all over your skin.
