is this a workout like for tv? if so can u send me some info....how much does it cost?

winsor pilates is AMAZING. it's a pilates workout that you do at home on the tv, yeah. i've been using the "band" for awhile now, it's just a really long elastic band that helps you mix up your workout a bit. i just ordered winsor pilates circle edition and am waiting for that in the mail, but i'm so excited! i've heard such great things about it. i ordered it while the infomercial was playing so i got a discounted price of $9.95 (plus shipping and handling) but i think it's $40 or so normally. check out the website and watch for the infomercials!

I bought it a long time ago and the price has gone down significantly. You can buy the dvd's in stores now. It's a tough workout and I know that it's effective, but it's hard to do, especially if you're overweight. You have to do things like sit halfway up and lift your legs half way up also and it's just hard to do. And I also didn't like that the complete workout is about 45 minutes long...it's just too long of a workout to do all the time and stick with it.
