put his hand in warm water, stare at him while he is asleep and gently blow on his face when he wakes up he'll be scared to death

get a paper towl and a cup of white flower and put it in th paper towl and put it on top of your brother when he is sleeping therewait till he turns over it will dump and go all over not to much but the fun is in the morning cause if he turns at night it is all over the bed LOL
and him too no harm tho just throw them in the washer and he takes a shower

hide in his closet when and put asheet ovor his head tight and urs then say look what happend 2 us or scratch his wall in the closet with something stick his fingers in warm water

hang a freaky doll in a noose from the ceiling while he's sleeping so when he wakes up it'll disorientate the hell out of him

Put shaving cream in his hand and then tickle his forehead with a feather. Watch what happens.....

get duct tape, then tape him up around the bed so he cant get up or move. or you can super glue his mouth together. that's what i'd do to my brother
