Well, unfortunately, the classic rock station here in Vegas considers them classic. I tend to agree, even if it makes me old as well. They haven't really done anything for 10 years. And as far as new stuff, Axl 'n Roses will never be G 'n R.

Kinda..I mean, the band is still active but they haven't released a new CD in years. There are some new songs out there that I think you can download but the last new song they had to appear on a CD was called "Oh My God" and it was on the "End Of Days" soundtrack.Axl has said a new G N R cd is coming out but he's been saying that for the past seven years and I actually read in a music magazine that the new CD is done....they just don't have an offical release date yet.I think they were going to go back and fix a few things...

"classic rock" shouldn't make you feel old. It's a term to describe the sound and type of rock music they play, not the time they were around.

I think of 'classic rock' as more of The Who and Grateful Dead generation... At least that's what it was back when Gun n Roses was new. ;)

Since they were at the peak of their popularity 20 years ago, I guess I would have to consider them 'classic.' That is quite depressing.
