trying to add songs from media windows player to itunes,,,help me

Go to your iTunes' file and it should have an option to "import." Just find whatever folder you have your Windows player music and just transfer.

the only way I could do it was by using my 512mb thumb drive and used save to device on media player then took the files off it and into my itunes library

Right click on the song you want to transfer. Then click "open containing folder". Then drag it out of the folder and into iTunes.

'iTunes' is the software that provides an interface for transfering data from PC that uses a (Windows OS) to you iPod.

You cannot transfer directly using Windows OS.
So just install 'iTunes' and you can do what you want.
