I think you are responsible in creating this desire in her!!! The great engineer god, would have made everything with a plan and to suit a particular body. A dogs boobs will not suit an elephant and vice versa.
Personally I wont advise for any implant surgery.Only a heavy boobed one will know its disadvantages. Its really cumbersome to her(may not be for you) Suppose you have a meter long organ in between your legs, do you think that you will be able to walk properly?? Where will you find a toilet to piss?????
Try to be satisfied with what you have and if needed,go for some Ayurvedic Massages, which can provide the shape and strength for them.

Hey its up to you to make her feel confident about her booves... If u jus keep complimenting like she is really good looking and sje will look more beautiful with much bigger boobs... Nowadays U have so many creams have come up for increasing the breast... One of them is BREASTO which is pretty much avaialble in India if U r residing in India... its recommended to be applied when she does not go anywhere as its a herbal preparation and has no side effects...
the best thing I recommend for your wife : ask her to massage her breast everyday with a moisturising body lotion .. it will appear soft and shiny... it will not sag....
even you can help her by massaging her breast ....
Try to appreciate the nature ....

The impact of being self conscious about feeling small chested can be big. If it is something that will boost her self confidence and etc., you need to be supportive. But by all means you also need to share your feelings about it, weather you support her or you have concerns about it...it can cause problems later on in her life and your marriage if she does not feel attractive anymore.
