October. It is the start of Fall, which is my favorite season. The leaves have begun to turn, the smell of the air changes & people are beginning to bundle up. It prepares me for those cozy evenings about to be spent indoors after a brisk wind outside.

September! The weather is getting cooler - but not cold. The autumn colors begin to show. Travel destinations are less crowded because school has started. Football season begins while the pennant races in baseball are in full swing. The holiday season begins to come into view, but the commercials have not yet started. Gotta love it!

November because it is between the end fall and the start of winter. I doesn't snow yet most of the time and it is not too cold. Perfect weather for jeans and a hoodie. Also my birthday is right in the middle of the month literally.

September. Because it shows me summer is finally winding down and cooling down. I love autumn colors and even gray days. It's a good transitional month, and a reflective one as I contemplate what the summer was like, and what things need to be done before the dead of winter hits.
