You re not very specific but if its done a lot all the time then she may lack confidence in her judgment and /or has difficulty making a decision and sticking to it for,again,she may feel insecure in that she has the capability to make a sound decision. But who would know better than you since you're with he all the time. Although we do tend to at times change our mind its not excessive but here and there. If she has difficulty making decisions or is unsure of herself then you as her husband have a obligation to help her.

All women changes their minds constantly, men will never understand the mysteries of woman. Just smile and say "what ever you want dear"
