In the computer world it means "Video In, Video Out".

Many video cards out there usually do one of the other. For example, a TV Tuner card is a "Video In" card. The card connected to your monitor is a "Video Out" card. So cards with both capabilities are called VIVO cards.

And yes, in Spanish it means "I live". "Vivo en Las Vegas" would mean "I live in Las Vegas".

live - if you say...yo vivo in California. That means I live in California.
