no, bad idea. it suppresses the immune system. the problem with acne is blockage and sometimes an infection.

your not supposed to put any kind of steroid cream on your face. it thins the skin, and you will end up having worse skin later on, you will start noticing capillaries and veins. Get some retinol cream like retin a it works very well for acne
