No. I think he'll finish his career in Minny. McHale is not a very good GM, so if he tries to trade KG he won't get enough back.
They really should try to build around Garnett. He's a franchise caliber player. It's not his fault that they squandered their cap space and lost so many draft picks due to that Joe Smith debacle.

VERY unlikely, KG makes WAY more than the current CBA (collective bargaining agreement) allows any player to be paid now, and with the new luxury cap rules (if a team goes over the preset limit, the owner personally pays dollar for dollar however much they exceed the cap), a team would virtually be out of money to sign other players, which is exactly the problem Minnesota is having. The only possibility would be a rich owner for a larger market (LA, New York, Dallas).

Before the start of the season...probably not. It will be interesting to see how he and Randy Foye play together. I know KG want's to play for a contender, but the only way I can see him being traded is if he flat out let's Kevin McHale know that he's had enough, and forces his hand. McHale know's he could never get fair trade value in return, and hopes to rebuild around his star, rather then trade him. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. But, I can tell you right now, KG will NEVER win a title in a Timber Wolves uniform, unless Randy Foye turns out to be the next Dwayne Wade.

I would think he would want to get traded to a team like new jersey or the lakers that need that one big guy that can put together a pretty good franchise and make a run for the championship.

No. Not unless other teams are willing to give up a lot of draft picks or stars like LeBron or Kobe.

No! But I hope he does because they really did bad last season. He should join either Boston Celtics or Orlando Magic.

Would you trade your best player? What would you have to get in return? I don't think so.

i cant yes or no cause i dont know but from my stand side i think it is best for him to leave the T-Wolves in order for him to win a ring or he is going to be unhappy for the rest of his NBA days.
