That's not baby blue at all. It's aqua. I'm not just going by the color on the site, but my own eyes. Baby blue is a very pale blue, and it's a true blue, no green in there like that one.
If you like it, buy it and wear it. There is nothing wrong with that shirt, unless you look horrible in aquas. But most guys don't care about that the way women do, right?
If you are set on a striped polo, and you are worried about how other people will react to this one, try one with wider stripes.

They all come in blues, and are close to your origional shirt, but less there to be questionable.

Baby blue is what you put on a baby boy right?! So why not for a grown guy, especially if he has a tan!!!
