Stay/The Lowdown is really good, so is The Pretender and That Girl Could Sing. But there was another one, I can't, for the life of me, remember the name right now. Something about a garden I think. It was one of the songs he wrote after his wife died. But it's been so long since I've listened to the album I couldn't even tell you what one it was on.

The Load Out - Stay
Now the seats are all empty,
Let the roadies take the stage,
Pack it up & tear it down,
Their the first to come,
And the last to leave,
Workin' for that minimum wage,
They'll set it up in another town.
Stage hand are freaks....gotta love 'em! ; )

"Running on empty."
Got the vinyl. Same name.
Hardly ever listened to lyrics in those days but on the same album, "Rosie"
http://www.lyricsfreak.com/j/jackson+browne/rosie_20068633.html
But rosie youre all right -- you wear my ring
When you hold me tight -- rosie thats my thing
When you turn out the light -- Ive got to hand it to me
Looks like its me and you again tonight rosie
always made me smile.
